Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of allinandbroke.com, our digital products, and our private community (together, the "Services"), operated by All In and Broke under the pseudonym "Marcus Reed." Please read them carefully. By purchasing, accessing, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Services address gambling addiction and are intended solely for adults.
2. What We Offer
The Services include: a digital memoir, a 90-day recovery workbook, and an audiobook (the "Bundle"); and access to a private, subscription-based peer-support community hosted on Telegram (the "Community"). The Services are educational and peer-support resources written from personal experience. They are not a medical, clinical, or professional treatment service (see Section 8).
3. Purchases, Pricing, and Founder Rate
Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. The Bundle is a one-time purchase; the Community is a recurring subscription. "Founder" pricing is a limited offer: the first 100 Community members lock in a reduced monthly rate that does not increase for as long as their subscription remains active. Once founder spots are filled, standard pricing applies to new members. We may change prices for new customers at any time; your locked-in founder rate will not change while your subscription stays active.
4. Subscriptions, Automatic Renewal, and Cancellation
Your Community subscription renews automatically. By subscribing, you authorize us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until you cancel. The renewal amount is the rate locked in at signup, and we charge you at the start of each billing period.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. You will not be charged again after cancellation. To cancel, email hello@allinandbroke.com or use any self-service option provided to you. We do not provide partial-period refunds (see our Refund Policy).
5. License to Digital Products
When you purchase the Bundle, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the digital products for your own personal recovery. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly post, or share the files or community content with anyone else. All content remains our intellectual property.
6. Community Conduct
The Community is a safe space for people in a difficult fight. By participating you agree to treat others with respect and confidentiality, to keep what is shared inside the Community private, and to refrain from harassment, hate, spam, solicitation, sharing of others' personal information, or promotion of gambling. We may remove content and may suspend or terminate access — without refund — for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the Community.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and in the products — text, design, audio, graphics, and the "All In and Broke" and "Marcus Reed" names and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Your purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of, the content.
8. Important Medical Disclaimer
Marcus Reed is not a licensed therapist, physician, psychologist, or counselor, and the Services are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. The content reflects one person's lived experience and general peer support. It is not a substitute for professional care. Never disregard or delay seeking professional help because of something you read or hear from us. If you are in crisis, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700 (US, 24/7) or your local emergency number. See our Disclaimer for full details.
9. Anonymity of the Author
"Marcus Reed" is a pseudonym used to protect the privacy of real people involved in the underlying story. The use of a pen name does not affect the validity of these Terms or your rights as a customer.
10. Disclaimers and "As-Is" Basis
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome will result from their use. Results vary from person to person, and recovery is a personal journey we cannot guarantee.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All In and Broke and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All In and Broke and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms or of any law or the rights of a third party.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before pursuing formal action, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
