Refund Policy

We want your recovery, not your money if this isn't the right fit. This Refund Policy explains exactly when and how refunds work for the Bundle (digital products) and for the Community (subscription). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase the Bundle, genuinely use the workbook and the community for 30 days, and feel it was not worth it, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund of the Bundle price. No hoops, no interrogation. We simply ask that you actually gave it an honest try — because that is when it works.
2. Digital Products (the Bundle)
Because the Bundle consists of digital files delivered instantly, all sales are otherwise final once the files have been delivered, except under the 30-day guarantee above. If you did not receive your downloads within 24 hours of purchase, contact us right away at hello@allinandbroke.com and we will fix it or refund you in full.
3. Community Subscription
You may cancel your Community subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then, and you will not be charged again. Because you retain full access for the period you already paid for, we do not provide partial-month or partial-year refunds for time already elapsed.
If a technical problem on our side prevents you from accessing the Community, contact us within 48 hours and we will either restore your access promptly or refund that billing period.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans are billed once for the year at a discounted rate. If you cancel an annual plan, it will not renew for the next year; the current paid year remains active until its end and is non-refundable except as required by law or under the 30-day guarantee where applicable to a first purchase.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@allinandbroke.com from the address you used to purchase, with the word "refund" and a sentence about what happened. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; depending on your bank, it may take several business days to appear.
6. Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please contact us first — we will almost always resolve it faster than a card dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in loss of access while the dispute is investigated.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Life happens. If you have a genuine situation not covered above, write to us. We review each case individually and in good faith.
